Located just a short walk from several convenient amenities, this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern conveniences, making it ideal for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to a pleasant overall experience.

The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. the bathroom seemed to have been overlooked during cleaning and was not up to standard.

next to night club, very noisy. request to change room, staff said every room same. the staff said the night club will stop at 4am.

plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like you kee xo that was only 5 minutes' walk away. our hotel was located next to tourist attractions like ksl city mall.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with it being just in front of a huge shopping mall and close to Chinatown. The hotel facilities were amazing, with a well-equipped and uniquely designed room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the polite receptionists and the sincere housekeeper. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic with a decent selection.

Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel is conveniently located near a popular shopping mall, making it easy to satisfy their shopping needs. The free internet was complicated and slow. windows were not sound proof so expect to hear lots of noise on the outside. Breakfast was real simple and lack of enviorment and variety. Waiters were not attentive (chatting among themself mostly). Car parking was a problem if you check in tooo late at night as limted spaces available. More of a budget hotel, not recommended for comfort or long stay.

I was impressed with the facilities and design displayed, there is a modern and sophisticated touch to all the areas, HD Panasonic TVs, bathroom and view from the rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

Location was probably downer since this is located next to a pub can be noisy on the weekends, also there were some major shopping center constructions going on, but nothing too disturbing. Bfast was not the greatest but that's not going to affect the fact I get given the chance I would stay there definitely again.

They were always willing to assist with any requests or questions. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the queen size beds and the inclusion of breakfast. it was a great value for money and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lot of dogs' barking nearby disturb our sleep

I do not understand is that in the internet booking our confirmed net price per room per night was RM 156 but when we check out we were charged for RM 180 per room per night and this did not match with the price we obtained/booked from internet. Please tell me why? Also the hotel maybe too close to some night entertaintment outlets and the can hear the drum beats throughout the whole night and this affect our sleep.

Room is so dusty, no housekeeping clean room, internet sucks, car park need to pay, bathroom amenities no quality, feels like staying in a budget hotel. Will not stay there again.

(1) Renovated. Room is clean. (2) Great location with malls, shops, bars and restaurants all nearby. (3) Good rate. Very reasonable. (4) Flat screen TV is nice. Cabinets and linens all fairly new.

(1) No towels in the room. Had to ask for them. (2) Engineered wood floor was clean but with very bad workmanship. Large gaps everywhere. Trim flipped over when stepped on. (3) Tiny elevators. (4) No refrigerator in the room. (5) Very limited facility at the hotel.
